About Us

The CWF Organic Expo is the first of its' kind in the Thumb of Michigan! With two years on the books, the expo offers all aspects of the organic industry to both attendees and exhibitors.

The 2023 expo started with an idea in late November of 2022 just before Thanksgiving. The team here at Clearwater Farms pulled the open house style event together in just under two months of planning! We are beyond thankful for all who sponsored and attended. With two food trucks on site for most of the day and the help with local FFA students the day went smoothly.

The 2024 CWF Organic Expo included a day full of speakers as well as a day for the original open house style expo. Speakers covered the current commodity markets, organic farming techniques, and more. All this held in the Clearwater Farms main shop. Despite the winter storm, the expo was a hit!

For 2025 we've edited the schedule and location! Moving from Clearwater Farms in Caro, MI and relocating to the DoubleTree in Bay City, MI. This will allow for all exhibitors to be inside and both speakers and the expo hall to be open simultaneously allowing attendees to get the most for their trip!
